Hi there!
If you follow here regularly, you may have seen my announcement last week that I am curating an Etsy pop up shop here in Austin. The event is free and open to the public. It will feature local artisans and will be held at West Elm. You can read more about it here. If you're anywhere near Austin, I would LOVE for you to come by! I really enjoy meeting readers and events like these make that happen.
Today I am introducing you to some of the artists who will be at the event.
First, I am thrilled to have Caroline from Paloma's Nest at the event. Caroline is an etsy super star; she creates gorgeous, simple ceramic pieces that are timeless and affordable. You can visit her website here and her etsy shop here.
Our next vendor is Vertallee Letterpress. Brad and Kat started Vertallee in 2006 after spending years working in commercial and custom design. Vertallee focuses on crisp, tactile impressions with great attention to detail. You can visit their website here and their etsy shop here.
If you live in Austin and love food-chances are you know the next vendor-Salt & Time. Salt & Time is based in nearby Niederwald, Texas and produces salumi, pickles, relishes and jams from locally sourced ingredients. You can visit their website here.
Linda Ketelhut is a locally based illustrator and fine artist. She is a self taught artist who's work has been in countless books, magazines, greeting cards, murals and textiles. At the Pop Up shop she will have a wide range of prints, art pieces and cards. You can see her etsy shop here.
The event will also feature food served by some awesome local foodies! I am over the moon that Coolhaus will be at the event serving their fantastic home made ice cream sandwiches. If you haven't had one yet-you are in for a treat-they are ridiculously good.
I'll be back tomorrow and friday to feature the rest of the vendors.
Thanks so much for reading!
