I had every intention of writing a series of "year in review" posts like I did in years past.
But as the new year is already here, perhaps just some images and memories will sufice?

foggy, rainy days at the park with a friend, quitting my day job, smiling more, seeing my work in large scale, seeing my work in print, long visits with my sister, walking among rows and rows of tulips, making garden plans that would never happen, finding out James would lose his job, finding out James could have a better job-in Texas, saying goodbye to friends and family, selling and getting rid of more than half of my belongings, feeling very alone, seeing mass amounts of Saguro cacti, heat-such crazy heat, having more than 30 bug bites on my legs,loving James more than I ever that possible, swimming-lots of swimming, tacos and more tacos, being proud without feeling guilty, some really amazing meals (truffle popcorn, shrimp tacos? yes), meeting so many lovely people...and so much more.
