Since I started working from home in January, I've noticed a definite change in the way I feel about my home.
I was searching for quotes about home-what home means to people-and I came across this Thorton Wilder quote:
"When you're safe at home you wish you were having an adventure; when you are having an adventure you wish you were safe at home".
Ah, I am all too familiar with those sentiments!
What a good reminder for me-I need to be more happy in the moment.
After finding that quote-I went on to read several more by Wilder (loved his plays in high school) and here are some of the more interesting ones I'm thinking about today:
“I am convinced that, except in a few extraordinary cases, one form or another of an unhappy childhood is essential to the formation of exceptional gifts.”
“The more decisions that you are forced to make alone, the more you are aware of your freedom to choose”
“The best thing about animals is that they don't talk much.”
Just some things that are rolling around in my head...

Hope you have a lovely day!
