a place filled with beautiful things

 

 

Noun is one of my favorite shops in Portland. Not only are they filled to the brim with neat vintage goodies and cream of the crop hand made items-they share their space with Saint Cupcake.

Every time I visit, the owners are so nice, the atmosphere is lovely and there's always some new treasures.  I bought this lovely acorn there as well as these nifty tubes. Visit their blog-it is super cute.

in my dream of dreams...

...I'd have a vintage hutch full of beautiful ceramics from gleena shop.

Gleena creates beautiful pieces with vintage aesthetics, classic details and a sort of quiet fragility.  I think I may have to put some of her creations on my Christmas wish list...

She writes a fun blog as well. I spent way too much time the other day, digging around in her blog archives and finding great images and links.

my new favorite

Claire is one of the nicest people I know. Funny it may seem as I have not yet met her in "real life" but I know it must be true.

Last year, she sent me a gorgeous hand made wallet for absolutely no reason other than the kindness of her soul. The wallet is super cute and well made, and I am lucky to have it.

She just put these gorgeous garlands up in her esty shop. I think they are pretty neat, just like her.
