Clerodendrum trichotomum, Harlequin Glorybower. That is the seed pod. The flowers are white and very fragrant blooming in August. The leaves when rubbed leave an oil on your hands that smells just like peanuts. Great plant.

I took a picture of those on my walk on Sunday! They look like something directly out of a fairy tale.
